All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Moonrope and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

4. Client Work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Moonrope retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moonrope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
